Well, I thought I'd throw my two-cents in. But, not from the point of view about the sets. More on their MOCability.

Well, I've seen that torso waaay too many times. I probably have.... many.... The Metru waist piece is also nothing new. Some nice new wing pieces would make me happy inside, but I can live without them. The new shoulder pieces are quite interesting. I'll have to find a use for them sometime. The Metru-Blue Inika connectors will certainly come in handy. You can also never have too many Metru-Blue hand pieces. SILVER LIMB PIECES! =O Those are WIN <-(that's for you, Bunda) The new jet pieces are interesting. Not sure what I'll use them for, but I'll figure it out. The new blaster is meh. If it were smaller, I'd like it. The aimer part is cool, though. The mask: I'll admit it. I like most of the Mistika masks. They make me feel like I'm back in 2004. The wing pieces would be ok, if they didn't have the connection from the Mask. Maybe coming from the head. That would leave the mask extra thing free. Now, on to the cheese grater. I'm not sure what Lego was going for here, but I don't like it. If it was symmetrical, I'd love it. That is, if it didn't have the wings. The $13 price tag is making me unsure about buying her, so, <Possible Buy>
Tahu:
Torso's boring. The myriad of jet piece makes me happy, though. The Metru-Red Inika connectors are nice. Metru armor's getting boring. Silver Piraka legs are nice. I want those feet! His launcher doesn't seem to have the aimer like Gali. Why? The spiky pieces on his legs are interesting. I wonder how those could be used. The spinny-shield is cool. Another triple axle and new sword pieces? Count me in. I adore his mask.... Like I said before, it makes me feel like I'm in 2004. I will most certainly be using that. Making him <Probable Buy>
Onua:
Slightly boring. Gray and black pieces that I already have. I do like the red pieces, though. The new torso armor is also nice. The shoulder armor is odd. I don't know if I'll be able to use it. His launcher seems modified, but I can't tell what that piece is. The mask is cool. Could be used for a Makuta, or a Rahi. <Possible Buy>
Well, there you go. An opinion on the Toa Nuva Mistika from a MOCist's point of view.
