If its anything like my physics class was, they weren't supposed to teach it; you were supposed to learn it out of the book and then come to class to "discuss" it.

Well, for my class to be like that I would assume:

 

a] Our teacher would have told us

b] There would be actual discussion

c] We would be in college

d] The physics book would be at a level we can actually understand (AP book in an Honors class)

 

I'm thinking some combination, but I'm not sure....
