Amazing! I haven't even gotten started on my Benny costume, to be honest, and I'm beginning to wonder if it's worth it. As much as I'd love to be involved in the LEGO Movie cosplay scene, I have no idea how expensive a Benny costume might be... but I have a nagging feeling that even a pretend spacesuit would be awfully hot in the middle of summer in Virginia.

You don't necessarily have to do a full spacesuit. I think even jeans and a blue t-shirt would work if down properly. Also, I don't know if you have a helmet yet, but this seems like it might be useful (depending on the size).

 

Me, I'm not even going to come close to a full Metalbeard, And I've volunteered to be a line walker, so I'm sort of putting myself through heck here.
