No way, man. First rule of Steam Summer Sale Survival: Do not buy a game until the last day of the sale unless it is a Daily Deal, Flash Deal, Community Choice, or similar. There's still a chance it could be a deeper discount (especially when it's only 20% currently).
 
Unless, you know, you actually want to support the developer with more money 'n' such. But if that's the case, why would you be waiting for a sale to begin with?

Make an exception.  It's basically a fully functional game right now, but the devs are still working on new features and new story levels.

 

It is a very fun game.

My excuse is now "unemployed".
