My Day

State Science Fair was today.

Schedule:

Get up at 5:00 surprisingly easily.

Get to school.

Get on bus (flat-front WOOT!), claim wheel-well seat.

Ride for two hours regretting that I had claimed the wheel-well seat because my rear hurt from the position. >.<

Arrive, attend introduction.

Go to station.

Wait an hour for the judges to get to me.

Tell them about it for a few minutes.

Leave for lunch, discover that they had a wide variety of food and that I needn't have packed a lunch.

Get lost with some other girl trying to find our way back from lunch (the campus was confuzzling :dazed:).

Attend award ceremony, watch our school owninate the other schools.

Get on same bus, AVOID wheel-well seat.

Ride back for two hours.

GET HOME.

-----------

The final tally for awards put us in first with 28 (8 first place, 10 second place, 10 third place). The next highest school got half that amount.

We roxxorz. :smeag:

Oh, and I won nothing. :P

Ah, my favorite thing about team work. It's always great to let your team back you up. :P

And hey, I like flat-front buses too.

Not as bad as being in a bus for 6 hours going from Chicago to Ohio...but that was for our 8th Grade Trip to Cedar Point. :P

My friends and I slept, played Egyptian Rats, Slept, ate, watched movies, Played card games and slept for the entire 12 hours. We had 2 days at Cedar point though.

Congrats on your school's win. Although I never liked the Science Fair judging...

"Hey look! 20 people with First Place!"

And wheel wells are so much fun if you go on a humongous bump/pothole! You can fly up in the air!

And the Flat-Front/ Charter Buses have better seats...and sometime TV screens.

:P

Well it was bad considering the destination and time. D:

But with my feet up on it, my weight wasn't evenly distributed, and my rear hurt. :(

… and it was a school bus. >.>

Flat Front School Bus?

I've seen those like once. =\

I hate it when you hit your rear over and over on a bumpy bus. ><

...Why did you go for the wheel well in the first place?

Because I had never ridden long distances in a seat like that and I thought they were cool and it was the first seat available because I'm too lazy to sit far back.

Other than that no reason. :P
