Ok for a minute I thought you meant tng Miru, and was about to get really concerned.

I had that before, but it lasted days. Especially my Malum claws. I think I lost those completely.

It happens way more than I'd like to think. In particular, I was looking for dark red HF shells and could not find them in any of my bins or MOCs. :\

 

Also, once as a kid I thought I lost Turaga Nuju's light gray Matatu mask, and then found it over a year later under my mattress. Still don't quite know how that came about...

I had a similar instance with a White Hau. In my previous apartment I thought I had lost it for about two years, but as I was moving I found out the cat had shoved it under the couch. Was a pleasant surprise.

 

But I even get these moments when I'm not building. Like sometimes I'll just be thinking about a moc I want to build, and then will go off on these thinking tangents of where the heck these pieces are.
