Don't worry, it hates me too.

There, there. It's OK to feel sad and betrayed. But it's not the end of BIONICLE, really. As long as it's remembered, it won't die. And the story goes on through at least 2011, GregF said so.

 

I'm looking forward to this different new future, myself.

Note, Oh Angered And Saddened Turakii, that they only say in the "Foreseeable Future". Maybe, in the unforeseeable future, they will return. And maybe, they will be better than before. And maybe, they will have better plastic than in recent years. I just blergh at those who are saddened by this. As long as we are still here, and we still have the parts, and we can still write, and Greg can still write, then Bionicle will live on, even after the mass-produced sets have been removed from shelves. Blargh. This is the longest reply I've made to an entry in recent months.

I actually suspected it would end, but I'm still pretty sad that there won't be any new sets. Good news is I can shift my focus to hunting down old sets I don't have instead of buying the new sets.

My questioning is how bloody stupid can they actually prove to be. I've respected Lego's choices in the past, but this....this is just foolishness. What if the line after Bionicle doesn't sell as well as Bionicle did? I mean, it's like cutting off your own leg and expecting to run a relay race, if you ask me.

I wish it were a joke too, Turakii. Me too.

 

but we can only hope they will return someday...
