Nope, it's just that some bloggies tend to watch blogs whose owners have a tendency to break rules in.

I think Shine just likes my blog a lot, that's why he's so faithful to it.

Both/And. We get reports, and whichever bloggie gets there first takes care of them. We also have assignments, which is why certain blogs get the same people all the time. I won't say how we have them assigned, or in what methods, but if we were each in charge of all of them, then a bunch of them would slip through the cracks.

 

And of course, there are known rabble-rousers that we all check all the time because otherwise it is chaos in their blogs. I have several such blogs favourited.
