Yes. Adblock Plus is my best friend.

 

And it's faster, and takes up less space.

I switched only because my Internet Explorer couldn't support the amount of use I put on it (tabs, speedy work time, downloads) and I finally got so frustrated with all the crashes and re-opening and re-entering that I gave up and changed. If you haven't experienced these problems, then by all means keep what you have.

Now then. I use Firefox because it has extensions I want, not to mention the fact that it's overall more pleasing aesthetically and doesn't crash near as often as IE.

I use FF cuz it looks nicer, has great addons, and because IE8 is sloooowwwww.

I actually use both IE and FF, because there are a few sites that stubornly don't work on IE. But otherwise, I surf the web mostly on IE8, which isn't really any faster than FF on sites like BZP and such. And I have never heard of that whole IE hole mentioned above... exactly which press was covering it?

 

I use Safari.
