Why is it my mind can come up with an opening animation for a TF2 anime? Especially, the Sniper shooting the Spy's cigarette out of his mouth with the huntsman? Or KUNG FU PYRO?

No, more like either the Sniper shooting his team's Spy's cigarette out of his mouth and having the Spy look disturbed or having the Sniper shoot an outline of arrows around the Spy, who turns visible and glares at the screen.
