wow this hasn't been updated in three months

In any case, I got a new computer monitor for my birthday. And it's fabulous [max]. Rather, more fabulous than my previous tiny, dirtied, white monitor. Even all my programs have yet to adjust themselves to the new resolution.
It's just wonderful. ;_;

New monitors make everything cool. c:

What's the resolution?
    • 0
1280 x 1024 :>
My old monitor was set to 1024 x 768.

Not bad not bad :D

I'm using a 1280 x 720 monitor now. Pretty much the same as yours, but in 16:9. It's my preferred resolution for most everything, but this monitor is really tricky with using any other resolution, which can be annoying with certain programs...

That's pretty cool. I got a new monitor myself, back in December, but it's more widescreen 768. =)

Sounds awesome, though. =D

I wonder what would happen if a resolution higher than the monitor was built for was used... Like, if a *Insert widescreen ratio here* x 1028 was used on mine; would it work...? It'd need workarounds, since it doesn't go higher than the standard for me, but... It'd be a good experiment sometime. =) </rambling on>

But once again, happy birthday Disky, and congrats on getting a new monitor. =)
