:pakari: Governor Mark Dayton just signed a proclamation, as seen here, declaring April 21 to be Prince Day in Minnesota, in commemoration of the untimely passing of the artist formerly known as Prince. Minnesotans are encouraged to wear purple in honor of The Purple One on this day.
