For the most part its because they're really really long and some pple don't have the time to read them and then forget about them by the time they do have the chance.

I know who you are. That makes you popular.

People don't see you as another comedic genious, they see you as Bones Jr. And Bones Jr. really is known to be a serious minded typist, not a random geek. Thus, that is one reason why you are not "popular" as you see it.

 

But here's the question I ask: what does it matter?

 

Popularity does not really matter. In the long term, having an abundance of people who like you does not help. Popularity is a short-term status. I'm not exactly popular, but I'm well known, and I'm happy with that. You don't need to be an Omi to be successful.

That's because random entries often make the best comment grabbers.

 

Think of it like food:

 

Everybody eats McDonalds because it's cheap and somewhat satisfying. Not that many will eat a porthouse steak because it's massive... and expensive.

Because you're not

 

-female

-like anime

-good jokes

-simple

-easy to make fun of

-have a different audience.

 

Any or none of the above apply.

Being popular really isn't important. Heh, I don't get eight replies to half my entries.

 

If you'd rather find a way to get more attraction to your blog and such, you can advertise it in your sig, or your profile. Catchy entry titles, and entries that aren't incredibly long could also help. Balancing the serious and the joking entries also helps out, because serious blog entries aren't as much fun to reply in as the funny-ish ones.

Now that I aware that you are in possession of a blog, I will undertake the vocation of perusing it.

Hm, I have that problem too...I've had maybe two entries that got more than like three replies, and often I don't get any. But that doesn't me that you aren't liked...not everybody reads the blogs. They miss out.=P And sometimes people are too lazy to comment, or have nothing they really want to say.
