And some school art for my argumentative writing class. We had to design an ad or commercial that was either a spoof or satire of an existing product or commercial, or design a new product that uses absurd logic to sell itself. My roommates and I were watching the Olympics, and one of them pointed out how odd it was that Diet Coke was supporting a heart health program when drinking their product (especially in extreme amounts) can lead to many heart and health problems. There was a slight problem in my plan while drawing when I realized that since I don't really drink pop much I didn't have a pop can to use as reference, so I had a fun time digging through a recycling bin in my dorm to find one. Hoo boy....
Other than that, I hope my professor likes my ad. He still hasn't gotten back to me about it. *crosses fingers* Is it strange that I was the only person to draw the ad by hand, though?
