Actually, that's incorrect. According to here,yearly premier is $16, lifetime is $40. 40/16 = 2.5. Lifetime pays off in 2.5 years, not seven.

I think it was a general statement not intended to be mathematically correct. They where probably just stating it's nice not to have to pay for PM and still have it.
