So I took a picture of the newest version of Fiddler with spikes, and one without. It works fine without spikes, but I'm not sure which looks better, and if with spikes, how they should be arranged. Any suggestions?

What I think would look really cool is if you could focus larger spikes on the outside curve of the shell, kinda like this, with all the smaller spikes located on the shell itself and the legs.

That might be really neat, but it would also be difficult to pull off with the way I built the shell. I'll probably try toying with some different spiking methods to see if I can find one that makes the best look.

OOH what if okay this requires another investment I'm sorry but HEY what if you got another Core Hunter (does anyone still sell them? maybe at a discount??) and attach the gunbelt so that it loops the exterior? Then you can attach more large claw bits as well as the large teeth bits around the edge, giving the shell a "frill" of sorts.

If not maybe even one could work??

I have another gun belt from the Evo XL Machine so I could try that, but I'd have to make sure it doesn't stick out too awkwardly. right now it has a really nice shape to it I dont want to interrupt.

Only put them on the claws. It's not true to the actual fiddler crab (which is entirely smooth), but I think it could look really good.

Also post this. It's incredible.

That might look good, if a little uneven as far as bright red distribution. I'm not too worried about accuracy to real fiddler crabs, since the name is really just because it only has one big claw; otherwise, it's far more of a generic crab in general shape.

I'll probably post it once I can make my mind up about the spikes.
