6x9 doesn't equal 42...

 

Yeah, I bet the sets'll be pretty spiffy. Although we're only just getting done with '06 in like, three months.

No, no no...

 

In the Hitchhiker's Guide books, 42 is the answer to life, the universe, and everything. They didn't know the question, so they made a really big computer called Earth. Humans were the key to the question.

 

In the second book, we learn that according to a human brain scan, the question is six times nine. Thus, proving something is wrong with the universe. We also learn that the real humans were wiped out and replaced with telephone sanitizers, so thus, we came up with the wrong question.

 

In the third book, we learn that if we know both the answer and the question simutaneously, then our universe ends.

 

In the fourth book, someone finds out the answer and question, and is destroyed in the fifth book because of this.

 

I can't believe how many-a-times I've said this...
