Sumiki Posted June 2, 2013 Kind of sudden, but I suppose it makes sense. Doctors exiting after three seasons is common - Troughton, Davison, and Tennant did it, and I might be missing a few in there. Still, I think they managed to do a lot with his character in the time they had and he's easily one of my favorite Doctors, so I'm kind of sad to see him go - but then again, I thought that about Tennant as well.
