That's why it's called Internet Exploder.

For me, Chrome opens at the same speed Internet Explorer does.

I use IE for streaming stuff, because for some reason streaming things lag on Chrome for me.

But I've had the same thing happen to me.

I've always used IE simply because I'm too lazy to switch to something else. It's never been particularly terrible to me, though.

Classic IE behavior.
