Yes, the account I didn't make.

Some spambot probably got a hold of your email and is trying to activate accounts with it.

 

I suggest deleting them. Also, it MAY help if you create your own account using this email address, so that it's registered in PayPal's database and no one else should be able to use it (Just be sure to delete the other PayPal emails first so you don't accidentally activate an account you didn't create).

I got the same thing. I'm not even sure if it was actually from Paypal. The e-mail looked kind of fake, or at least not as polished as I would think a real e-mail from Paypal would be.

 

It's fake. I clicked a link and it said something about forgery.
