So, I was going to go for a little drive down the road today. I decided I'd bring along a CD to listen to (our car doesn't have anything better than a CD player unfortunately). So, I took along my The Industrialist deluxe edition CD by Fear Factory, and loaded it into the player. After a few seconds of silence, I realized something was wrong.

I looked inside the player and the CD is literally gone. Tried ejecting it, at first it started to but now when I press the eject button the radio/stereo shuts off.

So now my CD has disappeared and the player is messed up. Hence the entry title.

The disc completely vanished? You might have stumbled across a black hole or some sort of new teleportation methods... or perhaps used the word "literally" wrong? I hope it's one of the former; think of the scientific advancements to be made!

I've had issues with my car's CD player too. The worst was when I want to put in a disc, but there was already one in. Somehow I ejected the original one while my new one was partially in, and the old one totally scrapped the bottom of the new one, ruining it. Hopefully you can at least get your player to start working again, even if you aren't able to salvage the disc. :(

Yep, pretty sure there's a black hole under our car's hood. It sucks up gas like nobody's business. :v

this is why I don't play my CDs.

This is why I'm never going to play mine again.

*sigh* At least I have it saved on my computer...
