Saw an early morning showing for it on the 18th. I enjoyed it very, very much.

I won't spoil anything, but I will say that I was quite impressed with both Rey & Finn.

e: BTW my mission to see the film without coming across any spoilers was a complete success and I definitely enjoyed it more as a result fwiw

RIP Lando though. His absence from the film is somewhat odd; I haven't read any of the tie-in materials, so I dunno if he's supposed to have died before the movie takes place or something? It just seems odd to have Luke, Han, Leia and Chewie all back without Lando there as well.

Me too! I liked them more than the returning cast members even, so I'm optimistic about the sequels. It didn't feel like the movie relied on old characters at all.

Although, it makes sense that Lando wasn't around. This is 30 years after RotJ, so it's not unlikely that Lando would go his separate way again. (Not sure of any of that is spoilery.)
