Not gonna lie, I was somewhat disappointed we didn't go to the moon to catch Jirachi in ORAS...

Someone on DA that I follow suggested it may be a Sinnoh remake, and I kind of looked at them crazy, because I don't see how Sun and Moon has anything to do with sinnoh, let alone Time, Space and Antimatter.

Yeah, but we did go to space and fought Deoxys, so I'm still happy.

First of all, DPPT remakes likely won't be out until Gen VIII. Here's why:

 

Gen I remakes came out Gen II

Gen II remakes came out Gen IV

Gen III remakes came out Gen VI

 

Noticing a trend here?

FireRed and LeafGreen were Gen III, actually

 

And while Sun and Moon, if they are a thing, probably won't be Sinnoh remakes, it's still possible we could get Sinnoh remakes in Gen VII.  The dream's not dead until VIII is announced.
