Anyway, I'd just sort of... crinkle space-time a bit. Pull in corners of universes until they get all tangly somewhere around Cornwall, and then spend the rest of my time figuring out the effects of that.

Requesting clarification.  Does this strictly mean the ability to travel to other dimensions?  Does it have enough scope to do things like alter the fabric of the multiverse(s)?  Can it be directed enough to allow us to simply teleport within the same universe (ie teleport from my house to the store on the corner)?  Will we come into conflict with either Palkia or Giratina?

Depends on the dimension, I guess.

 

Our concept of what a dimension is may be completely different from what another dimension's concept of a dimension is, since it's probably unlikely every dimension obeys the same laws.
