Off that tangent, I really, really, really hope people realize Micah's whole news story isn't serious either. Obviously it's old news, and obviously he knows that. I'm disappointed that apparently many people didn't get that and are just yelling at him about how it's old news. =P

Hard to tell really. I mean, over the last two years I've seen so much of this sort of thing that actually was serious.

 

Plus, when you put it on the front page, which is reliable on every day but the first of April, I generally assume that it's serious.

When you make a joke that people are obviously going to take seriously, it's either mean or poorly thought out. It just really didn't seem like much thought went into the post. It's fine to poke fun every once in a while, but this seemed pretty purposeless.
