From My Shelf To Yours

Posted by Aderia , Feb 25 2012 · 278 views

So, I've been a bit more active on BZP as of late. And my time is spent almost exclusively in the Library, and I figured if I should blog about anything, why not my latest literary ventures? Plus I was just reading another blog entry or two somewhere about the library, so I decided to hop on the band wagon. It won't hurt to blow some of the dust that's been accumulating on my blog anyways.

I'm not sure what my word is worth, but I have a few reccomendations for anyone who might be looking for a good read.

Outlaws and the Dream by Cederak

Abyssby ~MatoroIgnika~

Best Kept Secretsby The Wretched Automaton

Second Chance by Grant Sud and Zo'Tomana

The first two are Short Stories, and the last two are Epics, and they're all epic. (lame puns at 2am FTW) And there was a third SS I was gonna mention, but it's part of the SSC9, and I didn't want to be unfair to anyone else entering.

I remember you!

Only one I've read out of those is Outlaws and the Dream, by Cederak. I agree that it's quite awesome, though that was expected for me considering Cederak wrote it. =P I'll have to review it soon...

I'll try to take a look at the others, too. I like the idea of you giving reading suggestions, though; there really isn't enough activity in the library, so it's always good for stories to get as much recognition as possible.

@Bambi: Aha, I had to go creep on your name change history, but I remember you too!

@Velox: Yeah, I was actually just reading Tolkein's entry about the Library, it's nice and inspiring :)

I totally approve of the spirit of this entry.

D'aw, thanks for reccomending Abyss, I didnt think that the few people I'd thought might read it would actually like it as much as they have. :3
Just as well, this is a pretty snazzy Idea, reccomended readings and such. :3

EDIT: Though it may be worth mentioning that mine doesn't link to the right story. XD

Nice idea Adders, and thanks a lot for the story suggestion. =D

For anyone who hasn't read your stuff, we also suggest yours. Thankfully all the links to your work are on the upper left spot of this page. ^_^

@JRRT: :) thank you! that one blog entry of yours about the library was basically my motivation, as i've mentioned before

@Matoro: Grr, sorry about that link, I thought I'd fixed it. Oh well. And yeah, I'm was in the middle of leaving you a review, but then my computer died, and I was too annoyed to try again at the moment.

@Grant: Dwahh, thanks right back at you. :]

Ahaha, Understandable. I hate when things like that happen when I'm in the middle of something. And thanks again for the reccomendation. :3
