And The Pattern Continues

I changed my name, along with my sig and avvie, again. If you're not sure what my name means now, then here's a tip: 'Soche' means seeker in Deutsch. 'Schnitt' meant 'cut', which I'm sorry for not previously translating.

"lightning seeker"

...

Okay.

Just one question.

Why the Karzahni do you need to seek lightning bolts.

Well, there are two ways I interpret my current name, and both make sense to me figuratively:

1. I am lightning, and I seek.

2. I seek lightning.

Either way, with my usual representation of myself, they both work out and make sense.

With a raikiri, or 'lightning cutter'. Look it up; it's from a Japanese legend about a famous samurai, Tachibana Doutetsu.

Or Kakashi's variation of the Chidori from Naruto

Kishimoto was pretty nifty at names for techniques, I'll give him that, especially when referencing religions and legends like in Kakashi's original ('nother example: Amaterasu, the black flames and the sun goddess in Shintoism). But in all honesty, although that kind of lightning cutter is more how I imagine a raikiri, more people probably know and care more about the original.

And Tsukuyomi the moon god, methinks

And Kirin (the most epic and awesome power ever) was a spirit of lightning
