Powers? No. But if you shapeshifted into a hulking brute, you'd have the brute's powers. remember, the key word is shapeshifting; the accidents (material properties) of your body are changed into the form that you shift shape to.

The Great version allows its user to shapeshift to a limited degree or to cast illusions. The user can shapeshift into forms of similar mass and imitate voices, but cannot copy any powers the original has.
