Yeah, but seriously? Tell me that if I were to throw a rock headlong into a piece of paper it wouldn't tear through it.

but the paper covers and blinds the rock, duh.

It can't really blind the rock if the rock has already gone through it.

 

Annnd I think there won't be any believability in this soon enough. xD

I think it depends on the size of the rock and the thickness of the paper. A pebble probably won't go through a piece of paper that is really thick. A two-ton boulder, on the other hand, would smash through any kind of paper.
