I used to have to vector outlines separately...

 

Then I discovered this.

Haha, I just noticed you use the same layer names I do. "Inner Ear," for example. XDActually, the stroke in MLP:FiM is of varying lengths; the stroke button creates a 100% consistent length across the entire thing, while in the show, it's varied significantly.

Which is why I outline it separately.
