A DC character? Do they even know how many exist

I'm going for a Batman Villian, don't know which one yet. Normally one of the following three

-Poison Ivy

-Mr. Freeze ("The Batman" animation version)

-Harley Quinn

I'm also planning to make a Vic Viper for "NNovvember" on Flickr
