Progress update for today

Posted by BULiK , in Progress Updates Nov 03 2012 · 164 views

So today we primed the Companion cube twice, making it look ever closer to completion. I haven't gotten the Skyrim models yet, but when I do I'll get to work on them. Unfortunately I didn't have time to hand-paint the light grey areas, due to going to see Wreck-It Ralph With my little brother. It was a nice enough movie, although there was a saddening lack of portal references and a half-dozen plot twists. I also did a bit of paper mache on the Kualsi while listening to tonights Prairie Home Companion show. Unfortunately I didn't have time to take pictures of the little work I got done today. Tomorrow I'll mostly be doing homework and hopefully painting the light grey areas of the CC. I still need ideas on how to do the hearts.

Wreck-It Ralph was awesome, and the short that comes before it was good romance <3[I'm actually watching that short again in an animation festival this week ;3]

As for the Skyrim files, 4shared was making problems for me last night so I couldn't upload it sorry :(
Also I had to clean up the patterns the unfolder made quite a bit for most of the models for easier building. the gem and swords, I feel you could just build from cardboard, foam mats, something other than paper however. I also kept one ring of the horns on the helmet for stability if you want [it's on the last page so you can opt to print it or not]

Yeah.

Okay. Thanks for doing this. And that's a good idea to do the swords out of cardboard.
