Wanted: One(+?) Story Reader

With all the excitement over Bionicle 2015, I really got in the mood to write another story! Something straightforward, in the spirit of things, nothing too complex.

So of course I wrote a sequel to my very first fic, which was... a bit timey-wimey, canon-heavy, mind-bending, and generally kind of everything I think people are trying to dodge with Bionicle 2015. And this new story doesn't really break that pattern.

But! It's still a good story, or at least I think it is, or at least I hope it is. And it could use an extra pair of eyes on it. In particular, if you've read "Fractures", I'd love your feedback on my current draft of the sequel - I already got a first pass by someone who hadn't read the first one, and I think it'll be helpful if I see how having read or not read it affects how people read the sequel.

Let me know if you're interested!

(PS: Once this is out of my system, I am going to write a more straightforward, 2001/2015-feeling story, don't worry. I've got to have something to send Lego other than a cover letter and a postscript saying "I promise I'm not a crazy person", after all.)

I actually read the rest of your stories I hadn't yet read recently, including Fractures, so I'd be interested in taking the time to read the sequel.

The Shadow and the Sea was absolutely phenomenal, by the way. I loved that story.

Alright, thanks, both of you! I'm giving this draft another pass, then I'll send it out sometime this weekend.

Sorry, the sequel for that one isn't until December.  (Seriously, though, thank you!)
