IMO I would consider burn-faces to probably be fairly common in a world of FireBenders.

 

I do like how they're making the villian this time around. Last time is was the classic "I'm going to take over the world" type baddie, but this guy has a legitimate reason for his cause, and he does have some valid points, even if his methods are obviously less than good.

 

 

I was worried about how I would be able to watch this season, but it's pretty cool that they have it online already, so that's awesome.

 

Oh wow, it is? That's good to know for future episodes. I scrambled this afternoon to see the second airing.

My guess is that Amon's face isn't actually burnt, it's a fabricated story so he can protect a public identity while creating sympathy.

I'm in the same boat as Bundalings and

 

 

IMO the whole Amon taking away bending, I saw that coming a mile away, probably because the Season Finale of Avatar is still fresh in my mind.

 

Also I have a feeling Amon is connected to Ozai, after all who would hate benders more, than the guy who had his bending taken away from him.
