That Season Went Faster Than Ricky Henderson!

Hey folks. Been a while. A long while. So long that the last article I had included mentioning Carl Crawford. He's not even relevant now, which is probably the reason the Bo-Sox are watching the Postseason from their couches rather than the diamonds. So I guess it's time to head into recap mode while I watch the Brew Crew tie the NLCS versus them stinkin' 'Birds. (Wish I had SPIRIT do one of them speedy, high-pitched voice "WE WIN" videos to give me a hand.

Pre-All-Star Break:Yo the injuns are winning and the red sox stink o but wait now the red sox are dominating again and twins are garbage and look the pirates are in first and the cubs are still bad and pirates are first place WAT!?

Post-All-Star Break: The world goes back to normal as the pirates lose but then it falls apart again as the dbacks win and red sox and braves fall apart epically like cotton candy in my mouth and stinkin cardinals win and so do awesome rays and rangers and yankees and phillies and tigers all win.

NLDS: Okay Phillies are gonna clobbernate and so are yankees but ow there goes the phils and YUS the yanks lose but rays and dbacks also lose.

There. Now that you know what went on this year, here's my prediction for the World Series:

STL vs. DET (DET is on my prediction because it's the team I chose before Texas was up 3-1.

Gimme your thoughts...

No love lost for the stinkin' Red Sox. Main problem I have with them are their incredibly cocky fans. Owner's crazy, nearly all the coaches are out, and not one person has blamed their players. (I love it!)

And then the Rays got beat. Not pulling for anyone now.

Personally, I think the Rangers are going to make it to the World Series. Tigers have too many injuries to be a factor even if they make it to the Fall Classic.

Brewers could still win it. We have the next two games at home, and our home record is surprisingly good.

Don't rule the Brew Crew out.

The Brewers' home record may be good, but all the Cards need is one of the next two games against a team that did relatively bad against teams above .500. The main reason the Brewers won the division is because they play teams like Pittsburgh, Houston, Chicago and Cincinatti most of the time.

Granted, I don't trust Marco pitching, but if we can just manage to win the game on Sunday, I'd saw we have pretty good chances of winning the series.
