Wii are glad, are U?
Glad I got a Wii U for my family instead of waiting for the next Xbox. And I never really considered PlayStation 4.
I care about fun games my family as a whole can enjoy--never been all that concerned about graphics. Besides, all of the games we would have gotten on an Xbox One will also probably be available on the Wii U. The main difference is that with the Xbox 360 we couldn't play Mario, Zelda, Smash Bros., LEGO City, or Donkey Kong, and now with the Wii U we can. Plus, there's all those Virtual Console games, and I've really enjoyed those--particularly Super Metroid, which was on sale for $0.30. I thankfully won't have to worry about any foul mouthed goons in those games like I unfortunately encountered so often in Arkham City.
To be fair, though, it's not like Arkham City wasn't on Nintendo systems anyway. I'm probably going to skip out on Arkham Origins. Or maybe I'll rent it. I'll see. I just hope the goons can form a sentence without me having to mute the game. I already play without subtitles for that reason. I'm even thinking of selling my copy. My Asylum copy is a downloaded version, but the goons in that game were much better than City's anyhow.
P.S. I don't understand why people are so fussy about Rare's project being DKC: Tropical Freeze. Yeah, I know, they wanted Metroid and are just whining about it, but what is it, do they think the Wii U will come and go without a Metroid installment?
