You should do a complete playthrough of BIONICLE: The Game. I want to see/hear you all experience every second of it.

I think Twitch.tv is a good option; it's pretty reliable, though integrating group video calls isn't nearly as easy as the unified Google Hangouts-Youtube system. Audio shouldn't be too much of a hassle, though.

I'd say perhaps YouTube because it's familiar.

No matter how wonky Twitch can be, I would recommend Twitch. I stream there nearly weekly, and the chat system is intuitive enough; IIRC you can set your own personal chat word filter as well. Also, if you happened to use twitch, there are a number of chat bots that help out too. Nightbot being one, for example.

Do an Achievement Hunter styled Let's Play of Bionicle Heroes, 360, and on Youtube

I think that Twitch would be good for future live streams. I watch a guy play video games live on it sometimes and usually it works out great.

 

And I would definitely like to see one of you play a Bionicle or Lego video game on the stream. Like Bionicle: The Game or Lego Star Wars. Both would be interesting IMO.

Twitch would work well for games, but I think you should keep using Google+ for the livestreams for movies and the like.
