Weekly Update - 8/1
Intro
Hello all, welcome back to another edition of our Weekly Updates with yours truly, Black Six. A few things to talk about this week, but nothing too important or earth-shattering. Still, take a read through!
Updates
A couple weeks ago if you were in the San Diego, CA area you hopefully stopped by Comic Con, the huge expo featuring comics (duh), video games, TV shows, movies, card games, toys, and just about anything else a geek would like. Lego was there in pretty full force with a booth with the new sets and Greg Farshtey to answer questions and sign books and comics. There were also booths run by other companies that had Lego content such as the upcoming Lego Batman video game. But don't take my word for it, check out our full account courtesy of Darnzerf and The Captain. One thing they missed out on was the Brick Journal panel, headed by the magazine's editor Joe Meno and featuring BZPower Forum Leader and Master MOCist Bryce McGlone, aka Cajun. Have no fear though, because Cajun himself has provided coverage of the panel as well as some pictures of his latest creation, which is quite amazing. It looked like a lot of fun as always, and I'm jealous I was on the other side of the country and couldn't go. One of these days...
In other news we're finally seeing some new story-based content on the official Bionicle websites. A new serial and podcast debuted this week, in addition to more updates to the Takanuva blog. I'm really liking that Lego is providing us with more story content through the website and is not relying so much on the books as they have in past years. Now they just have to bring back the Flash animations. Hey, a guy can dream, can't he?
Our Third Member Interview was posted today. Read Makaru's interrogation questioning of iRocco and see what he had to say. Then you can sign up for Cycle Four.
Next on the list, Brick Fair is fast approaching. Be sure to get your MOCs sent soon or to make your reservations if you're going to come. A lot of BZP staff and other members will be there, it'll be a great time for sure! You can find more information about sending your creations here.
Oh, and set reviews are coming, honest. Blame Smeag, as he's been telling me he's going to post his for days now. After that we have a couple more on deck we can hopefully put online shortly after.

What can I do to get more questions here?
Want to see your questions answered? PM them to me and put 'Mailbag' in the subject line. I'll pick the few I like the best and answer them in the next update.
