And yeah, the shield's effect is awesome. After I got the set I just stared at the shield for some minutes. It's a transfixing effect.

Actually I just noticed Kiina sitting on my shelf, she also had a green head, although Rocka's is noticeably darker, so it still counts.

Well, yes. A number of sets before 2012 had a neon lime head (Namely, Tarix, Berix, Kiina, Perditus, Vastus, Gresh Stars, Furno, Surge and XPlode). Rocka and Black Phantom are just the first to have it in the trans green first released in the 2010 Atlantis line.

Looks cool. The trans dark green head is nice. Although green and gold really aren't the best colors to combine.

Also if the shield's effect is the same I'm thinking of, it's also like that on Gorast's wings. It's really great.
