Sit next to a desk with lots of Lego pieces askew. Seemed to work for me!

 

Oh, you meant to get your work done, didn't you? In that case you can fiddle with some MOC techniques a little on that desk beside you, but you should really focus.

 

Yeah, all I can say is self control to get the work done. (I'm distracted by my Lego and manga)

 

I like music while working, mainly J-Rock or John Williams. (as well as Pirates of the Caribbean Hans Zimmer, and I'm waiting for the Transformers' Score)

Sometimes I can work to rock (or stuff that has words)

Actually, I was talking about my epic. I realize that I can't write it without making an outline, or it will end up like last time, with no peak emotional moments. And yet, writing outlines feels far too much like writing a lesson plan for my liking. Nothing ruins a good story than English class comprehension questions.

Yeah, an outline would probably help, that's what I'd do once I actually sit down to write mine. (yes, I have an idea....)

 

Once the outline is done, and you post a chapter, perhaps try to get a chapter up every other week. Something timely to keep the ball rolling, and set a schedule for you.

 

Also, if you ever have ideas on what to happen next, write it down.
