It's absolutely ridiculous to try and play that with two hands. There's not enough fingers on both hands to hit some of the notes. Therefore, I've concluded that it's meant to be a duet.

More like a quintet. Have you seen the sheer amount of notes that are supposed to be played?

I think Rachmaninov-Doppelgänger is my new favorite combination of words.
