But, in essence, the first thing is saying you been online in the past twenty minutes, the second is saying you haven't taken action online in the past ten-billionth of a second. =D

Was this just after you had logged in? Sometimes visiting my profile for the first time after logging in, it will display that I'm offline, which is obviously false when it happens.
