Our pool opens in one day! 
It's in-ground and came with the house. It's nice because it has these little jets that pop up in different places along the bottom to move dirt to places easier to clean. It's shaped like a peanut that goes from 3 feet to around 6 feet deep. It's also got a spa separated from the pool by a small wall but still in-ground. It can heat up to about 105 degrees Fahrenheit, and some of the water spills out over a waterfall to the main pool. Over on the other side, there's another waterfall with rocks around it to make it prettier.
And you can even control the underwater lights and the bubbling and heat in the spa from our kitchen due to a control panel in the wall!
Needless to say, I'm excited.
