I was thinking of the wrong contest anyway. *mental note: Guardian is a Dark Hunter*. But I'm pretty sure Shan said he made the Spiny Stone Ape as well, even though those pics would suggest otherwise (you can tell the first one isn't quite right).

Hmmm... alright, I'll edit that info into the list in a sec. Piraka Fusion I knew was Chocolate Frogs, should've put that down.

It wasn't originally going to become official, but at Pekel's request, Greg gave it a cameo appearance in Time Trap. The "Unnamed" Rahi won, but din't make it to the guide. Silver Chute Spider was made by Diosjenin.

Is "Yari" canon?

The name wouldn't be, of course. Neither would the model, I guess, because it's never been in something Lego published. But it's there in case anyone has more info on it.

But didn't all first prize winners become canon?

Maybe the creator didn't sign over the rights, so it may have won but also not become canon. Anyway, I don't include it in my mental Bionicle Encylopedia on Everything.
