The thing I can always count on at Fred Meyers is a "Buy Two Get One Free." It isn't perfect, but I've been waiting for it before I purchased the rest of the Mistika I want. I happened to stop by today, and I saw that the deal was up... which is kind of weird, because the summer sets just came out, but I'm not gonna question their marketing. After all, it got me to buy from them.
So now I own Bitil, Onua, and Gali. I officially have all three versions of all the Toa Nuva. Woot.
Expect reviews when I've had time to take pictures and think about the sets.
I would still like to get Krika, but I might just ask for that as an X-mas or birthday present. Or not.
Also, I've seen the 09 sets. Leaked images, I suppose. Seriously, aren't we looking in on this a tad bit early? Anyway, I was impressed by some and disappointed by some and overall, I think I'm going to wait until 09 to actually form an opinion on them. One thing I can tell for sure... they'll be pricy. But isn't everything these days?
