I am a terrible person

Why? Because I started playing Spec Ops: The Line yesterday.

It's a fine example of how one must never judge a book game by its cover. Its cover-based shooting that is! [Pause for laughter] Before I did any proper research into it I would often scoff at the trailers which painted it as yet another Call of Duty wannabe. Then some reviews and one Felix Dzerzhinsky (Thank you copy+paste) persuaded me otherwise and after a short while of "should I shouldn't I?" I finally stuck it in the PS3. And boy does it like making you feel horrible. I got to that point where you have to take out those two guards, and one of them offers the other some gum and they talk about going home and how much they love peace and sunshine and rainbows and all that stuff and boy was gunning them down difficult after that. Worse, shooters aren't my strongest genre so I kept dying during the proceeding battle only to get sent back to those two guards again and again. I tell ya, there is no pun that can make that situation lighthearted.

(Oh, and if I start comparing it to NieR...Feel free to hit me...Because I've already made plenty of comparisons in my head.)
