So, on Friday I shall be taking a trip with some friends into New York City, I was originally expecting to get to try out the Nintendo Wii U at New York Comic-Con.

 

You see, during E3 Nintendo went on a website shopping spree, and now one of those domains leads to a redirect page.

 

Earlier this month, I received an email from Club Nintendo, an email inviting myself and two friends to try out the Wii U. Apparently I've been chosen from amongst the most loyal Club Nintendo fans to receive this honor. If you remember, a few years ago I got to try out the DSi a bit early too.

 

So, thanks to a friend who will be paying for our transportation into New York City, myself, Aleks, and our friend will be getting to try out the Wii U on June 29th.

 

I'll give all the details then.

 

I'm psyched though!

 

Now I will be picking the brains of the Nintendo representatives who are on site.

 

However, if you guys have any questions you are curious about, by all means post them here and I shall ask as many of them as I can.

Sound awesome, Kohaku. You are so lucky...

 

As for questions, if you could ask them these, I would greatly appreciated it.

 

1) Will Nintendo be reaching out to indie developers to develop software for their eShop?

2) Does the Wii U actually have a title screen like the Wii and 3DS or is the Miiverse the new start up screen?

3) What's the battery life of Wii U Gamepad?

 

That's all the questions that I can think of. Well, actually no, it isn't. But my other questions are basically ones that they won't answer like how much is the Wii U and when exactly this Holiday Season is it coming out.
