The antibiotic has to be making my stomach upset.
It just stinks I mean I already have problems with stomach aches and diarrhea because of the Crohns but the medicine I'm on for it has pretty much stopped those problems. Although, it can cause the exact same problems.
Now I'm on the antibiotic and my stomach is upset and I have that running feeling.
Yes I'm eating when I take it. The only way to make it stop seems to be eating. I am eating so it's not that I'm hungry...
I feel like I felt when I was on Flaggyl the worst tasting antibiotic ever. Just swallowing it makes you want to barf. annoyed2.gif

Maybe I shouldn't be complaining I've had worse stomach aches than this...

The X-ray

Posted by Sisen , Nov 19 2008 · 24 views

Here's the xray they gave me to give the oral surgeon.

You can see it's the middle tooth. The loose filling is pretty noticeable and that dark line is the infection I guess.
I would have scanned for better quality but I just took a pic with the web-cam instead.

My Tooth!

Posted by Sisen , Nov 19 2008 · 22 views

Why is it no one trust their gut instinct anymore? I mean my first thought was it's infected but I was thinking no... It's just something else like my wisdom tooth pushing on my teeth.
But no...
Finally go to the dentist and my tooth is infected and the bone above it is. Thus an abscessed tooth.
Root canals and crowns are expensive so I'm just getting it yanked. I'm not a big smiler and its the third tooth back, counting the canine.
Well I don't smile that big at least... Anyone who smiles so you can see their molars is probably crazy or really happy....

But I told my parents my tooth was bothering for I don't know how long and finally after I made the appointment I found out.
If we had done it sooner we probably wouldn't be here today.

So I have to finish this Zpak antibiotic thing up in five days then I go to the oral surgeon next wednesday.

This is so not what I wanted...

Secret " Tohu " Gift Exchange

Posted by Sisen , Nov 17 2008 · 19 views

I thought it would be fun and interesting if some of the members shared the holiday spirit with one another.
I know that some people aren't as fortunate as others so I'm going to mention them before I even talk about the actual gift exchange.

If you don't want to participate you don't have to. I understand if you can't afford to buy something for someone else let alone your family. I'd be more than happy to help you out but it isn't easy to tell who is being honest online and not.

For those of you that can afford to buy something for someone and don't want to participate. All I'm asking is that you go out and donate something to charity. It doesn't have to be money it could be something in perfectly good condition you have never used. You could even do one of the shop for a child things that a lot of stores do.
If you do donate anything let me know and I'll be happy to make you a custom banner/avatar or edit a personal photo for you.

Now about the gift exchange.

Post here saying you want to be apart of the gift exchange and I'll compile a list off all the people until a certain date (yet to be determined).
After that I will assign random numbers to everyone and we will all pick a number to get a person to buy for. I'll take the last person that isn't chosen, that's the only fair way for me to pick.
No one will know who is buying for them, just the person they are buying for.

After everyone has picked a number they'll need to send me their address the gift should be mailed to and I'll relay it to the person sending the gift.

If you can't give out your address then you really can't participate.

Also, we're being honest and serious about sharing this holiday spirit with one another. There will be consequences for anyone that signs up and does not send out a gift when someone bought them one.
The punishment will be whatever the staff deems necessary.
I really don't want anything bad to happen though. smile.gif

Please don't inform the person you are buying for unless extremely necessary. We want this to be a fun surprise for everyone. Asking the person what they want spoils everything.

Here are a few suggestions about gift buying:
  • Don't go over $20. I would only spend around $10 but I'm not going to limit anyone to anything. Some people might feel more generous than others. Just know that if you do spend a decent sum of money on something the person buying for you doesn't know that.
  • Don't buy anything big. You have to mail the gift and pay for the shipping.
  • You could buy something online and have it shipped as a gift, so you never have to leave your house. A lot of websites offer this feature and it's usually free.
  • If you can decide on a gift see if the person has a premier membership. You could give two gifts instead of one! You'll be giving them a gift and helping out BZPower. biggrin.gif
  • Do not send perishables such as food and drinks.
  • Do not send anything inappropriate. You don't want to mess with a child's angry parents or the BZPower staff.
  • You don't have to buy anything! You could make something for them instead.
I think this exchange could be very successful and Black Six doesn't have a problem with it.

Just post here saying you want to participate and we will get things started!

Well my gum isn't as swollen and the white bump that was on it is gone.
Now it's just slightly sore with a red bump...

Hopefully I get into the other dentist. :/

Posted by Sisen , Nov 15 2008 · 20 views

So I've had a loose filling for quite a while and it was bothering me, the gum that is, and it stopped. Last night though when I was going to bed I noticed my gum felt funny. When I stuck my tongue up there I felt a huge bump. My gum is swollen. sad.gif
It might have been the chips I ate that irritated it or maybe I got an herb out of the spaghetti in my tooth. I dunno.
Today, though, the dentist sent us another bill for $200+ saying that until we pay they won't do anything, which stinks because I scheduled an appointment last month and it isn't until December.

I made this.

Here's another edit of it, link.

Let me know what you think!

I didn't make those wings, I used a brush set from Obsidian Dawn.

Digital Graphics Tablet

Posted by Sisen , Nov 13 2008 · 20 views

So I have to upgrade by Adobe software and buy Microsoft Office to use on my laptop.
Now I also have enough money to buy a Tablet which would come in handy for making designs and other artwork on the computer.
There is a bundle I can buy and get Microsoft Office and a VisTablet for 159.98 at my school store.
Microsoft Office only cost $79.98 and the VisTablet cost 89.98, which equals 169.96. A total savings of like $10.
I could just buy Microsoft Office from the school and buy a Wacom from Amazon. I’d get free shipping on the Wacom on Amazon.
There are two sizes the smallest one is $88.20, with Micrsoft Office that equals 168.18. Now this small version is smaller than the VisTablet.
The small Wacom is 8.4 x 7.6, active area is 5.8 W x 3.7 D and the VisTablet is 12 X 10, active area 9.5 X 5.5.
If you look at reviews you can see that the Wacom is #318 and #4 whereas the VisTablet is #4,948 and #22. Wacom has a 4.5 stars and VisTablet has 3.
Clearly everything is pointing towards the Wacom even though it has the smaller drawing area. It even comes with more things than the VisTablet.
Package contains pen tablet and pen, mouse, pen stand, package of 3 replacement pen nibs, USB cable, software DVD, and more

It’s even certified to work with Vista.

I already bought the art supplies I needed and I don’t need any books for class. For the Medium Wacom it’s $167.55, 9.2 x 11.1, active area is 8.5 W x 5.3 D. Yeah looks like I’m slightly under the gun to get that one. It’d be around $557.51 and I only have $510 left.

Saving Rpgs

Posted by Sisen , Nov 11 2008 · 24 views

Due to the recent incident in COT and the loss of RPGs I decided to blog about the issue.

If you put all that time into creating an RPG and posting it why don’t you save it?
It only takes a CTRL A, CTRL C, CTRL P, and CTRL S to save your RPG. Put it in a word document or a notepad it doesn’t matter.
It’s that simple to do.
I have a copy of every RPG I have ever written even if they haven’t been approved.

If you can put time into typing up an RPG and not save it maybe you don’t deserve to run it. I mean how much time do we actually know you put into a RPG if you just wrote it up in one sitting?

Save your RPGs or forget about running one.
