That happened.
I arrived Thursday and helped setup floor pads, table clothes, etc with Friar Tuck and Black Six. More and more people showed up eventually as the day went on, and MOCs started getting setup. After picking up Spink from the airport with Six and ToM, we went to CPK (California Pizza Kitchen).
Completely missed out on the tower building event that happened while we were eating out. NEXT YEAR.
Bingo Grande and the Opening Ceremonies were after that followed by more setup.
Friday morning we made our run to the LEGO store. I got zombies, werewolves, and Dracula's castle? Plus cake!
Friday consisted of more setup after the LEGO store. Disky arrived late in the afternoon, but we ordered pizza! I hear it was dubbed the BZPizza Party or some such. Then there was Laser Tag!

Laser Tag per usual was awesome. THE SORENESS AFTER WAS NOT.
And then there was Saturday....
I'm not even going to mention the Great BZPower Lunch Adventure. Totally didn't mean for people to miss people during public hours.
BfA got to see Bionicle tables.
The yard sale took place and I mainly got system pieces, but I got a nice bag of black technic and Bionicle pieces. That evening we just chilled in our room.
Sunday. The last day.
Probably the funnest too? I spent the morning doing photographs. Hung out at the tables. The main fun occurred after tearing everything down. We wound up at the same restaurant as Astrid and Fanella, the two LEGO designers from Denmark. We surprised them with dessert and offered up some real American hospitality.
Darn Zatth didn't order any food so I gave him the macaroni and cheese I ordered. Let's just say it was some of the best Mac and cheese we've ever had.
Then there was the great Skype party we had going on until almost midnight. BFAhome, Emperor Whenua, and Kohaku are awesome.
That's about it. I didn't cover everything but it was a lot of fun. Especially getting to meet so many new people and getting to know some better. I'll post pictures as soon as I get home.
I spent so much money on LEGO, but I wanted to buy it cheap while i could.
Who knew so many people would like Chandelure? Actual LEGO people like Kevin Hinkle loved it.
Plus I got to meet Ballom, Chols, Laughin' Man, Avohkah Tamer, Takuma Nuva, his cousin, Aderia, and so many others. Super happy funtimes.
