For all those people that “love” silver.
After not touching my Bionicle pieces for a few months I finally decided to finish my Absorption Shield.
I built it not long after I bought Bitil, which was around August 18th.
During the building process I was only able to find one of the barrel pieces. When I wasn’t able to find the other one I gave up and just sat the MOC aside. Today I opened my big tub and little drawer and finally found the missing piece. Needless to say I was just about to give up after I found it in my drawer of small pieces.
The Absorption Shield is able to absorb energy and elemental-energy based attacks. The energy can then be used to shoot energy blast from the shield. The user can also focus their elemental energy into the shield. Thus the user could possibly combine two or more energies to form an attack.
As shown in the picture below, the shield lifts up when in firing mode, to reveal three barrels.
*Aipom was the only thing I could find heavy enough to hold the up or down, however you want to look at it.
More Aipom never hurt anyone.
